Where to Find Elmentas in Metaphor: ReFantazio
Elmentas are scattered across various dungeons as floating, energy-filled orbs. They’re quick to flee at the first sight of you, so use overworld attacks to stun them before starting a Squad Battle. Once in combat, act fast to defeat them, as they have a habit of escaping quickly.
Why Hunt Elmentas?
Defeating an Elmenta yields valuable MAG and money, making them worthwhile targets. In dungeons like Belega Corridor, you’ll often find one near the big corridor close to a save point and boss room. This room, filled with Goborns, can make it tricky to catch an Elmenta without getting overwhelmed.
Elmentas can also respawn in convenient locations. For instance, after defeating an Elmenta near a save point, visiting Akademia and returning causes enemies, including the Elmenta, to respawn. While not essential, this method is handy if you're aiming for quick respawns.
