To meet him you must first reach Impershi'arc and you can find him later in the story line, but he won't talk to you until you get enough power. Now, if you want to focus on recruiting Quinn, you should go to the wormhole that is right in front of the entrance and fight the boss of Oyamatsumi there. In your dungeon boss fight, if you deal enough damage, he will run away.
To completely defeat Oyamatsumi, you have to find him in two other wormholes and defeat him in battle, in fact you have to face this boss three times, of course, the reward for your efforts will be the Rune of Power and the recruitment of Quinn, which will be given to you at the end.

Contrary to what it seems, defeating the boss of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, that is Oyamatsumi, is not a difficult task and does not have challenges and complexity, the important thing in this battle is that you have to defeat this boss 3 times. In the third battle, when the boss's hp decreases, unlike in the previous series, when he runs away, he enters the third phase and attacks you with more damage.
The best way you can defeat this boss is to use a few wizards with water magic because Oyamatsumi is an Earth boss and takes heavy damage from water magic (More information about Magical Attributes in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes). Also, you should use heroes with high hp in your first line and keep their health high because some of the boss's attacks cause high damage.
The location of Den Of The Dunes treasures
As mentioned above, this dungeon has many treasures that are hidden in its winding corners. Here we have marked the location of each treasure to save you time.
- To find the first treasure, after entering the dungeon, go a little further and turn left, after reaching the lowest point on the left side, you can see the treasure.
- You can find the second treasure by continuing to the left and up right next to NPC Shi'arc.
- To reach the third treasure, use the flower next to the second treasure to go to the front area, then you can find the treasure in the left and upper part.
- To get the fourth treasure, go back to the entrance and take the path to the right and you will find it on the right side of the area.
- There is a flower in the middle of the area, use it to find the next treasure.
- Now use the flower on the right side of the fifth treasure to go to the Kogaki land where the sixth treasure is.
- After getting treasure number six, use the flower to go back to the previous area and use the flower on the left to reach treasure area number seven.
- To get the last treasure of Den Of The Dunes you need to use the flower near the previous treasure to get to the narrow ground, where you get the last treasure.
