The Cyan Loong Boss location
To reach Cyan Loong in Chapter 3, you must first clear the Pagoda Realm of enemies, then go to Turtle Island. Here you will encounter Kang-Jin Star, after he defeats you (naturally) you will respawn at the Turtle Island Keeper's Shrine.

There you will come across a red wall, you have to break that wall, do it with Wandering Wight Spirit or Azure Dust. Behind the wall you can find Loong Scales in a chest.
