How to Get the Hilka Detector
Complete the side mission "Budmo!" in the Garbage region, where Vodka must be deposited into three stashes.
- The stash near Slag Heap contains the Hilka Detector, along with Flash and Moonlight Artifacts.
- However, taking these items will fail the mission, which only rewards 1,754 Coupons.
