Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Major Suppressor Bug
A YouTuber has uncovered a critical bug affecting suppressors in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, revealing that players using the attachment aren’t hidden from enemy radars if the opponent has activated the Scout Pulse scorestreak. Although suppressors aren’t among the most popular attachments, Scout Pulse is widely used, meaning players equipping suppressors might be using them in vain.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has been a huge success for Activision and Treyarch, but the game hasn't been free from bugs and glitches. Despite regular updates since the game’s October 25 launch, issues like inaudible opponents in Search and Destroy, incorrect level displays in lobbies, and more have frustrated players. Now, a significant new issue has emerged involving suppressors, as reported by well-known Call of Duty creator XclusiveAce.
Suppressor Bug Uncovered in Black Ops 6
In his latest video, XclusiveAce discovered that even with both Ghost and a suppressor equipped, firing a weapon still shows players on the mini-map if the enemy has Scout Pulse active. The low-cost Scout Pulse scorestreak, requiring just 400 points, is likely not meant to override suppressor functions—this is typically reserved for the high-tier Harp scorestreak, which costs 1,450 points and reveals all enemies on the mini-map.
Fortunately, Black Ops 6 Season 1 and Warzone are set to launch at 9 AM PT, bringing a range of bug fixes and weapon adjustments. The update includes improvements to spawn logic, map exploits, and graphical issues, alongside new content to enhance the player experience.
