The Verge has confirmed the specifications of PS5 Pro
According to Tom Warren, they have obtained the documents and specifications of this console and can confirm the previous rumors. According to these specifications, the console's GPU rendering is 45% faster. Also, the console will have the same central processor as the standard PlayStation 5. Of course, this console has a separate performance mode that increases the frequency of the central processor by 10% and instead, the performance of the graphics processor decreases by 1%.
It should be noted that PSSR technology in PS5 Pro will target 8K resolution for the future.
The memory bandwidth of PlayStation 5 Pro has been increased by 28% to help better Ray Tracing. On the other hand, developers will have access to an additional 1.2 GB of memory to more easily use Sony's proprietary AI-based resolution enhancement technology (PSSR technology) for this console. Also, according to The Verge, developers can now order development kits for the console, and Sony expects titles released from August onwards to be compatible with the PlayStation 5 Pro.
