The Shotgun can be located in Brookhaven Hospital, specifically inside the Women’s Locker Room on the second floor (2F). It's sitting visibly in an open locker, practically inviting you to claim it for your arsenal. After accessing the Basement and powering up the elevator, you'll be able to reach the 2F. From there, head west and then make your way south, passing the Director’s Office. Continue until you reach the Women's Locker Room, located on the far left side of the floor. The Shotgun will be waiting for you inside.
