As a Legendary item, it's hard to find and craft. That's why most players save it for the most critical fights instead of wasting it early.
There's no need for worrying because we have located two specific places where we have been able to consistently farm this attachment. Obviously, the element of RNG is at play here, but those two particular spots have always been the exact places from which we have looted Kinetic Converters.

Farming Insights And Tactical Recommendation
The Kinetic Converter is a primal force multiplier. This is capable of transforming a good weapon into a really good one and boasts a much rarer category compared to other attachments. Unfortunately, its very rarity makes storing it in an inventory a bit of a tactical problem.
My Personal Experience: Every Kinetic Converter was taught to me as a trophy, losing them in a failed extraction terrified me, and that often ended up in losing fights I should have won because my best gear was left dormant. All that changed once we discovered and consistently farmed these two areas. Knowing we could always Get Kinetic Converter in ARC Raiders again freed us up to deploy it aggressively, which dramatically increased our success rate in high-tier engagements.
Tactical Tip: We really encourage running both of these farming spots during the nighttime cycle. More recognized increases in overall loot quality have been reported during night raids, which would mean you'd significantly be more lucky to acquire Purple-tier or Legendary-tier attachments.
Location One: Loot Room in Buried City Apartment
The first very reliable farming area is in Buried City. You'll have to navigate your way into West Village. More specifically, look for an unnamed apartment block which is in-between the nearby Extraction Point and the Grandiose Apartments, as marked on the map.
Risky Entry = High Reward Retrieves
Inside this apartment block is a special loot room which tends to be extremely hard to get into, and so we believe it is that high-caliber loot pool it has. It has two very different, tricky entrances:
Zipline: Make the approach by zipline, then execute a precision parkour jump-off to land on the ledge.
Rooftop Ladder: Climb the ladder to the roof, then perform a side jump onto the outside platform.
It forces players to go out of their way, which I think is precisely why it's such a good loot room; inside it is possible to find possible Weapon Crate spawns. For the Kinetic Converter specifically, you want to loot the brown drawers located toward the back-left corner of the room. So far we've managed to loot approximately five of these just from continually targeting this exact spot every time we go into Buried City.
Location Two: Externally Control Tower, Dam Battlegrounds
This second excellent snag is located at the Dam Battlegrounds. The exterior ledges around the top of the Control Tower and not at the main key room itself are the spawn points for the Kinetic Converter.
To target that place, see the critical steps below:
Ascend: Get to the top of the Control Tower.
External Descent: Descend from the ladder down off the side of the actual tower structure.
The Daring Parkour Descent (Multi-Point Form)
The loot is going to be gained after a dangerous maneuver mid descent:
WARNING: Don't go all the way down; you'll die from the fall.
You must perform a sideways jump before hitting the bottom to land precisely on the lower corrugated iron platform.
Once you land safely, there will be several Breach containers right in front of you.
These Breach containers have consistently paid out in giving us attachments, including the Kinetic Converter.
This spot is also highly recommended for looting the entire exterior area for blueprints, backpacks, and grenade pods.
Extraction: The return route is equally dangerous; you must jump off the corrugated iron and quickly grab the ladder to climb back up to safety.
These two high-risk, high-reward locations are where we have been consistently farming the Kinetic Converter along with many other legendary attachments. Focus on these spots, and you can easily start to Get Kinetic Converter in ARC Raiders and forget about losing them in combat.
