This adjustment begins with the Chapter 6 Battle Pass. Previously, players could earn back their V-Bucks by leveling up to 100 in a season. However, changes like reduced quests, fewer XP opportunities, and the shift of V-Buck rewards to higher tiers have made this more challenging over time.Players can still purchase V-Bucks through Starter Packs, bundles, or Quest Packs, though price hikes in 2023 and 2024 have made this pricier for many. Save the World Founders remain the only group with access to free V-Bucks, but Epic Games has limited their earnings by removing features like login rewards and the Collection Book.
