So, What REALLY Is The BEST ROD In LUMINESCENT CAVERNS UPDATE in Fisch?

Do you want to get "So, What REALLY Is The BEST ROD In LUMINESCENT CAVERNS UPDATE" in Fisch? Alright folks, let's get down to business. Roblox Fishing Frenzy's Luminescent Caverns update is finally released, and it brought along with it a whole bunch of brand-new rods. We all probably would like to know, me included, which one of these actually is the best? Is any of them worth the outrageous price tags, no less? I had resolved to test out each and every one of them to see. What I did was this: I tested each rod for a solid ten minutes specifically in the new Luminescent Caverns zone.
Because we are dealing with how to earn money, it only stands to reason to test them out in the newest, hottest zone, right? By testing out each rod in the same spot, we keep things even.
At the end of each ten-minute period, I sold what I caught and took note of how much cash I had. We're doing it with each of the six new rods, as well as one mystery rod! We'll match them from lowest money earned to highest. I'm starting with the lowest-priced rod and going to the highest-priced, keeping my fingers crossed that price is power. Let's see!
Putting The New Luminescent Caverns Rods To The Test
Here’s a quick breakdown of my testing method so everything is clear:
- Location: Exclusively the Luminescent Caverns.
- Time: A strict ten minutes per rod.
- Goal: Sell all fish and items, then compare the total earnings.
- Order: Testing from least expensive to most expensive rod.
Now, let's dive into the results for each rod.
Starting with the Secret Powerhouse: The Evil Pitchfork

Cost: $0 (It's a secret rod!) You're able to get this one by completing a few quests and crafting it in the Ancient Archives. I have a guide on how to get it if you want it! Its stats are rather odd: 50% decreased speed, 120% luck, but -0.1% control and -10 resilience.
Passives: A 50% opportunity to gain 500% worth of a fish, but also have the possibility of losing it. The Siren's Spite (10x multiplier) and the Evil Mutation (15x multiplier) are the goodies.
The Result: I played for ten minutes and sold my inventory for 328,000 dollars. Honestly, far more than I expected out of a free rod! Terrific beginning.
The Mid-Tier Contenders: Scarlet Spin Caster & Luminescent Oath
Scarlet Spin Caster

Cost: 200,000 You acquire this rod from the Crimson Cavern area, which is hidden atop a tree. Stats: 50% slower speed, 170% luck, -0.2 control, 150% resilience.
The Catch: Its main passive is a 30% chance at the Crimson Mutation (6x multiplier). This would have been more useful in the Luminescent area in order to catch the special fish there.
The Result: Within ten minutes, we earned 95,000 dollars. Not the best, but okay for its low cost.
Luminescent Oath

Cost: 1.5 Million This is the ideal rod for the new area, bought in-game inside the Luminescent Caverns. Its values are good: 85% slow rate, 100% luck, 0.18 control, 18% resilience.
Passives: It also has the possibility of the Luminescent Mutation (9x multiplier) and a nice mechanic where making a perfect catch of any fish you've caught before is always rewarded with a Master mutation (a whopping 60x multiplier!).
The Result: Ten minutes later, I sold up for 123,284 dollars. A relatively decent figure for a mid-range rod.
The Big Spenders: Did The Expensive Rods Deliver?
Now, let's move on to the rods that break the bank. Are they worth your hard-earned money?
The Surprisingly Underwhelming Rods

Boom Ball: A rod that's been silenced by, well, killing a lot. Its gimmick is a 50% chance of explosion for the fish, so it's essentially useless. The result? A desolate 1,037 dollars. Just avoid this one altogether.
Wicked Fang: You have to wait for a solar eclipse to buy this one. Stats are mediocre, but its passives are not anything special. The profits? A terrible 40,038 dollars. Completely overvalued.
Cerulean Fang: You acquire it through a starfall. It has decent stats but bad passives. It only made 40,580 dollars. Very bad value for five million.
The Best of the Rest: Ruinous Oath

Price: A staggering 30 Million Dollars! This is the best rod of the Crimson Caverns. Its stats are crazy: 95% slower speed, massive 500% luck, and lots of powerful passives such as the Luminescent Oath but more powerful, with assured Master mutation on perfect catch.
The Result: Ten minutes later, I got 178,336 dollars. It's a great grab, but to be honest, I was hoping for a bit more for thirty million! There is some RNG, naturally, but it's a very handy utility.
The Final Ranking: Best Rod in the Luminescent Caverns Update
So, finally after all the testing, here's the final ranking from least to most money made:
- Boom Ball
- Cerulean Fang
- Wicked Fang
- Scarlet Spin Caster
- Luminescent Oath
- Ruinous Oath
- Evil Pitchfork - The #1 Earning Rod
That's right! The free, concealed Evil Pitchfork earned the most cash in our test. But my personal favorite of all has to be the Ruinous Oath. It's just such a blast to use, and rewarding flawless catches is amazing. But if you're only concerned with maximizing bang for your buck (or zero buck, in this case!), the Evil Pitchfork is unbeatable in this Luminescent Caverns patch. Good fishing!
