Starting the mission to get CEREBRA ROD In Fisch

To start the CEREBRA ROD stuff, you first gotta go to Valentine's Island. To do that, travel to Moosewood and go inside the giant pink heart there. Just go through it and you'll automatically get teleported to Valentine's Island.

On the island, you'll see two NPCs named Sweetheart Sarah and Sweetheart Sam. Behind them there's a pink house, and inside there's an NPC called Nurse May. Talk to her. She'll give you the first mission and ask for 10 Vials that are scattered around different places.

10 exact vial locations

1. Mushgrove: Travel to Mushgrove and head to the back of this area. You'll see a shiny object there, that's the first vial.
2. Ancient Isles: After getting to Ancient Isles, fly up to the highest point of the island. The vial is on a crane that overlooks the main trading area.
3. Snowcap Island: Go to the side part of Snowcap Island, not the main dock. Near the Blue Gills, there's a tunnel with lily pads. At the end of this tunnel, you'll find the third vial.
4. Terrapin Island: This one's a bit confusing. Look for a small cave next to the rocks, right below the quest spot. Inside this cave, you'll see the pink glow of the vial.
5.  Roslit Bay: Go to the right side of Roslit Bay and climb up the steep rocks. Right next to the Orc quest, the fifth vial is waiting for you.
6. The Grand Reef: Easiest vial to find! Just go into the pirate ship and look at the back of the ship, near the steering wheel. You'll find the vial there.
7. Forsaken Shores: Really recommend using Velocity Coil for this one. Fly up to the highest point of the area and at the end of the bridge, you'll find the seventh vial next to a rock.
8. The Depths Jungle: Grab the Velocity Coil again and go to the merchant village. Climb up from the Spear shop, then head to Verdant Shears and from there jump to the big mushroom. The eighth vial is there.
9. Scallop Shores (Volcano): Travel to the newest island called Scallop Shores and head straight for the volcano. Use Velocity Coil or UFO to climb up the volcano until you reach the tower at the top. The ninth vial is at the highest point.
10. Castaway Cliffs: The last vial is at Castaway Cliffs. Go to the left side of the mountain and climb up the rocks. The tenth vial is right next to the dark dock.

After you get all 10 vials, go back to Valentine's Island and go to the NPC in the house and hand them over. Now she'll give you the second mission and ask for these 3 items:
