Basically here you'll find the Take Over portal. Make sure to interact with the Take Over portal right here. When you enter the Take Over portal, click play to make your way to the special event area where you can get the new glove.

You'll need to go to the subway station area where you can see all the graffiti on the walls - just like what you saw in the main lobby. Once you enter this area, there's basically a secret mission that will be starting soon. You need to get into the suburban area and wait for it to begin.
What you need to do is get in here and start slapping all the people in this area. You basically need to claim your turf by slapping a bunch of players. Let me show you how it works - you slap all these guys over here to claim your territory.
