Go to the Arcane University (south of the Imperial City).
Talk to Raminus Polus and ask about a cure.
He’ll send you to Count Hassildor in Skingrad.
Travel to Castle Skingrad, go right, and talk to Hal-Liurz, the Count’s steward.
She’ll ask you to wait—after a short delay, you’ll meet the Count.
Cure Vampirism in Oblivion Remastered Quest: Time to Go Witch Hunting
Once you meet Count Janus Hassildor, he’ll share a personal story about his wife wanting a cure. Accept his quest, and boom—you’re on a mission.
Find the Witch:
Head south of Cheydinhal to a place called Drakelowe.
Meet Melisande, the witch who can craft the cure.
She wants something in return: 5 empty Grand Soul Gems.
Better start collecting or hitting up some vendors!
