Peter Stormare has returned as The Replacer in Activision’s latest marketing campaign for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. With just a few weeks left before the game’s October 25 launch, Activision is stepping up its promotional efforts. On September 29, the company released a new ad featuring Stormare as The Replacer, a character who stands in for people taking time off work to play Call of Duty.Stormare first portrayed The Replacer in 2013, and the character has since become a staple in Activision’s Black Ops marketing. The first commercial in a series for Black Ops 6 debuted during Sunday's NFL games, marking the beginning of a major campaign.
