Night Shade (Lightweight Pulse Rifle): Great lightweight build for a very good performance.
Perks: Under Pressure (good enough) + Kill Clip (truly great).
Masterwork: Ricochet Rounds offer great stability and range. Overall very good lightweight build for PvP fights.
Tarnished Metal (Arc Scout Rifle): This is a craftable, so Xur's roll isn't the first on your list, but it can be obtained if you're in a hurry for an Arc solution.
Other Exotic Equipment and Final Thoughts
Xur also has older Exotic weapons and the Exotic Class Item.
Exotic Weapons: On offer this week are Bad Juju (with Catalyst), Sweet Business, The Colony, Borealis, Jade Rabbit, and the Hawkmoon Hand Cannon.
Note: Bad Juju Catalyst is a top pick-up because it so greatly enhances the Super generation abilities of the weapon.
Sweet Business: Still a great option, especially when used in conjunction with Actium War Rig Exotic, but not meta.
