You’ll find the Music Box in the Lobby of the Lakeview Hotel. To access it, the first thing you need is the Ornamental Key, located in the Check-In room on the 1st floor (1F). You can retrieve it from the back wall along with the Room 312 Key. Once you unlock the Music Box, you’ll see three overlapping plates with a pattern and three empty slots where objects must be placed. You’ll need to explore the Lakeview Hotel and solve various puzzles to gather the necessary items. Here’s how to find each object and complete the puzzle.
Music Box Puzzle: Where to Find the Snow White Figurine
You will earn the Snow White Figurine by solving the Mirror puzzle in Room 202.
Music Box Puzzle: Where to Find the Cinderella Figurine
After obtaining the key to Room 107, found in the Conference Room on the 3rd floor (3F), head to Room 107 and proceed to the Garden area. In a gazebo at the back, you’ll locate the Fireplace Key. Use this to unlock the Fireplace in the Conference Room and retrieve the Cinderella Figurine hidden inside. Be prepared, as you’ll be attacked upon collecting the item.
Music Box Puzzle: Where to Find The Little Mermaid Figurine
The Little Mermaid Figurine is located in front of the jukebox at the Venus Tears Bar. To enter this room, you’ll need to store all your items in a Cabinet and venture into the Employee Section without any defense. Navigate through the Basement and you’ll emerge at the Venus Tears Bar, where you’ll find the Figurine. Now that you have all three Figurines—Snow White, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid—return to the Music Box. Place the Figurines in the empty slots. Next, you must correctly align and rotate the four plates in the center, matching the pathways the Figurines will take once activated. Here is the correct configuration:
Music Box Puzzle Riddle Solution
Once you press the button in the bottom-left corner, the camera will reveal three riddles inscribed into the Music Box. To solve them, you’ll need to turn the keys in the correct number of rotations or directions. From their default positions, rotate the keys as follows (from left to right):
- 1st Key: 6 turns
- 2nd Key: 5 turns
- 3rd Key: 1 turn
Once the keys are correctly positioned, press the button to activate the Music Box.
