Where is GORANI Location in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ and how to Defeat Him?
In Modern Warfare 4 DMZ, there are 10 Lieutenants you gotta find and hunt in different spots. One of the biggest headaches among these 10 bosses is Lieutenant GORANI, who hides in the environment with a Ghillie suit and a Sniper rifle, so you're basically hunting an enemy you can't see. Today in this DMZ Guide I'm gonna tell you the GORANI Location in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ and how to find and beat this Boss.

How do we find GORANI in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ?
You can figure out the GORANI Location in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ in three ways:
- The easiest way is activating the Lieutenant Tower. This tower randomly tells you a Lieutenant's location, so you can't be sure it'll give you Gorani's exact position.

- The second way is buying info on GORANI's location. For this, you can go to the Passport in the FOB and buy the info. It's pretty direct, but it has a few problems. First, you gotta pay 25,000 for the GORANI Location in DMZ info, while the reward for killing them is 10,000—and if you can extract their Dog Tag, you get an extra 25,000. The third problem is that the info you buy is only for one Deployment, so if you die before reaching them, you lose your money and gotta buy it again.
- Check the spots where you can find them yourself.
Where are Gorani's spawn points in DMZ?

Gorani doesn't always show up on the map, but if they do, you can find them at one of these two spots:
| Spot | Description |
|---|---|
| The forest south of Cheon Wang Peak | They show up here most often |
| The Woodland above Hanrim Village | If you don't find them at the first spot, check here too |
Note: So far, these are the only two GORANI Location in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ spots. If you see them anywhere else, definitely share it with us and the others in the comments.
How does GORANI fight?
This Boss, GORANI, is super sneaky and annoying. They won't show themselves until you fall into the trap they've set for you, which makes them a real challenge in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ.
What happens when GORANI appears
When you fall into GORANI's trap, first a few Decoys appear to confuse and trick you. Then a few other Snipers in Ghillie suits show up and shoot at you from around. When you manage to hit them and deal damage, they throw a Smoke Grenade and move to another spot.
Note: When you're being shot from multiple sides, you can spot GORANI by the Lieutenant icon above their head.
How to beat GORANI in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ

The hardest part is finding the GORANI Location in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ. After that, beating GORANI isn't hard—you just gotta follow a few tips:
- Never take your eyes off the Lieutenant icon.
- Don't get caught up with the Decoys and Snipers—they just waste your time.
- After they Teleport, quickly scan the area and wait for them to show up.
- Definitely take Cover and avoid unnecessary movement.
Note: The good news is that GORANI, unlike other Lieutenants, doesn't have much backup. Their only real problem is how much they move around.
Rewards for beating Gorani in DMZ
After beating Gorani, you get 10,000, which you keep even if you die before extracting. You also get a bag, some Loot, a RARE weapon, and Gorani's Dog Tag, which is worth 25,000—but you gotta extract it safely.
Note: When you pick up the Dog Tag, other players on the map can see your position, and they'll definitely come hunting for you. So be ready for more fights.
Summary of tips for GORANI Location in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ and beating them
In the end, I gotta say the main problem is finding the GORANI Location in Modern Warfare 4 DMZ. You can do that either by using the Lieutenant Tower (which is random), buying the info, or checking their spawn points. Fighting them isn't much trouble since, unlike other Lieutenants, they don't drop backup forces on you—just a few Decoys and side Snipers you should ignore and go straight for Gorani, who you can identify by the Lieutenant icon above their head.
Note: By beating GORANI, you can also progress the Lieutenant Challenges. These challenges include killing ten Lieutenants and extracting their Dog Tags.
