Method #1: Double Your Chests with Smart Crafting
The first method for Farm PHOENIX in Grow a Garden, is the crafting approach from the last video. You can craft one of these every thirty minutes for only six thousand fairy points. Then, you use the Pachycephalosaurus Low Sources to get double progress. it gives about a sixty to seventy percent chance for a double proc. Soon, I'll have a one hundred percent chance, meaning instead of one chest every thirty minutes, you get two! Speeding up crafting helps a bit, but I'd focus on Pachycephalosaurus the Source for that doubled reward. That's the first way to acquire chests.
Method #2: Cheese the Garden Guide Achievements
The second way to get chests is by finishing your garden guide. The guide's achievement system, "The Many Achievements of Blue," gives unique rewards for each set. It seems the developers add new achievements with every expansion, which is totally cool. The first relevant one is the "Fairy Fence" achievement. Its rewards include enchanted chests, a pet short, and a wish fountain.
These achievements aren't too hard; most involve opening your garden and such. One was a bit of a pain: crafting Glimmering Sprays. They take fifteen minutes each. However, if you have Becky Several Sources, you get two crafts at once, and both count toward the achievement. It's not the act of crafting but the receiving of the sprays that matters. Aside from that, it's harvesting glimmering plants, crafting some items, hatching a few things, and then obtaining one of each pet.
Remember, "obtaining" means you can trade for them or get them from a friend, etc.
Method #3: The Fairy Shop Secret (Price Drop Alert!)
Now, let's Farm PHOENIX in Grow a Garden with other methods. If we go into the fairy world, you'll find our lovely fairy friend who has a shop. The shop contains the chests—we knew that. But the big discovery was the price. He was selling enchanted chests for twenty-five thousand fairy points apiece. Wait, hold on, stop everyone! This is important. After I finished making the original video, the developers updated the game! The enchanted chest no longer costs twenty-five thousand fairy points.
It now costs only fifteen thousand! That is a significant drop, making the enchanted chest much easier to get. So for the rest of this info, remember the price is now fifteen thousand, not twenty-five.
Is the Fountain of Power Worth It?
The third method is through the Fountain of Power. Go through all five levels (that's ten levels total) to get twenty-five thousand points... wait, sorry, one hundred thousand points? It's an okay method, but usually, the restart cooldown is the limiting factor. I think your fairy points will be the real limit here. So this is the active way of acquiring chests. I'm now down to thirty-six thousand points.
I want to save those points for more efficient crafting and grinding, unless you're actively grinding fairy points.
Method #4: The Game-Changing Fairy Jar Turn-In
But there is a fourth way! I didn't know about this fourth method. Check this out. You see fairy jars? I thought they were only for opening up levels, not a currency. But I found out you can hand them in to this guy! Watch what happens. I submitted one hundred fairy jars and got an enchanted chest reward! Isn't that kind of cool? This means you can AFK overnight for enchanted chests above and beyond what was previously possible.
Mystery Solved: Can Pink Orbs Drop Chests?
I've also been jumping around the map grabbing these pink little orbs. The pink orbs seem to give rewards; I've gotten eggs and crates. But I don't know if I've ever gotten a chest from them. If anybody has gotten a chest from those orbs, let me know down below! That could be another potential method.
The Ultimate AFK Overnight Setup
So, what's the ultimate setup? As you can see, I've captured 300 fairies, which is good for other things too. But for farming, I've put out all my Pachycephalosaurus Resources to double my crafting. For the past ten minutes, I've been crafting Baronets, and with the Pachycephalosaurus for the Source, I crafted them faster.
I'm now sitting on over one thousand one hundred and twenty-one fairy nuts. Just like I demonstrated in another video, it's possible with an auto-clicker to farm fairies efficiently right beside the fairy tree. You click and pick up every fairy at the start of every hour, acquiring over a hundred fairies.
You wake up in the morning, stretch, check your computer, and wow—you're sitting on more than a thousand fairy jars! You can unlock all the rewards and, even better, turn them in in increments of one hundred for an enchanted chest. That could be eight, nine, ten, or even eleven extra enchanted chests as an overnight bonus!
Putting It All Together and Farm PHOENIX in Grow a Garden
When you are actively playing, you want to be crafting, grinding your garden for the Fountain of Power for fairy points, and then buying chests from the shop guy. Overnight, use your nets to get fairies for free (so remember to craft your fairy net ingredients—they're easy and have a short cooldown). This way, you'll be able to AFK the entire time for even more fairies while you sleep.
There are so many ways to farm the enchanted chest in this game, yet it still isn't as fast as how we farmed the Cratacoomsey and other pets.
